This past weekend I got to hang with our former governor, Paul LePage here in Maine and Nicole Sprague, former incarcerated drug user now running for a state office. I’m one of her biggest supporters. Scott Rocknak, candidate for Senate hosted the event at his barn.
I will be meeting with Paul to discuss his passion for criminal justice reform, and possibly being his ghost rider for his memoir/book.
His story is amazing. He left home here in Maine at the age of 11 because his father was so abusive. He went on to run Mardens which is a large retail store in Maine and he was the governor for two terms.
He also has a huge passion for putting trades back in school so with my Redneck Revivals we’re going to discuss how we can help each other on that.
