Leianne Messina traded sweltering in southern sun for shoveling snow. In October 2021, she left life as a rivulet on her “swanky” (anything but, no heat, no AC & critters) riverfront shack in Blue Ridge, Georgia to “revive” and flip Fanciful Farmettes on the mid coast of Maine. As the Owner/Designer & Chief Redneck of Redneck Revivals, her widely successful home renovation and real estate flipping company, she uses her background in Fashion Design (a UC Santa Barbara & FIDM Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising-San Francisco grad) to give her “revivals” fashion flair with one-of-a-kind vanities, lighting & home accessories.
At Redneck Revivals, she states “We REVIVE homes, and create spaces for WASTING TIME”. She is currently a fancy farmhand on her “Fanciful Farmette” in the small town of Warren on the mid coast of Maine. She celebrates her return home to New England and her “Mainestream Living”, out of gridlock and away from the grind on her circa 1864 3+ acres “Nuthin’ Special” farm. She just sold the circa 1761, 28 acre Farmette across the street. This California-Southern-New England girl revives homes w/ back-to-basics function and fashion swag and whips up “Nuthin Special” FANCY-FARMHOUSE-FARE to get folks off their phones and back to the table. She celebrates life on her farm w/ her furry sidekick Spurgeon (as in Pastor Charles) her bumbling 125 lb Bernese Mountain Dog.

Raised by a single mom, she is a hard worker. She contributes her success to her drive to always be and do better in the favor of God.
