CYBERSTALKING – The overlooked red flags and danger to the victim

West Virginia woman receives 800 calls in cyberstalking terror

As a current stalking victim (survivor) that includes both in person and cyber stalking, I am passionate about publicizing the dangers of being cyberstalked. This includes having your stalker (and their “flying monkeys” aka family, friends, coworkers, bosses, relatives) follow you on social media and/or viewing your profile on linkedin.

If you are a victim of cyberstalking, I encourage you to document and report it. A cyberstalker’s employer can also be held accountable if the person is cyberstalking you from a company email, phone or on company time.

If more companies were held accountable for this, I think we could put a good dent in stopping cyberstalking.
