We do not laugh enough anymore. I’m not a huge fan of the algorithm thing but all of these shorts with funny dog videos keep coming up on my shorts. And then comedians.

I highly suggest if you want to destress, be less anxious, don’t rush to medicate yourself to cheer you up. Laugh more, like real guttural, tears streaming down your face and snot running out of your nose laughter.

God designed laughter to extinguish bad emotions from your body.

Why do you think you can’t tickle yourself?

Because God knows if you could you wouldn’t get anything done … literally.
