For 40+ years every fall I would dream of being back in New England and HATING living in the swanky swamps of Florida and Georgia. I abhor air conditioning.
Since I escaped the sweltering south and now live on the “Frozen Tundra” I affectionately call Maine, I get to devor every page of my “local” Down East magazine and actually know and/or travel to these breathtaking fall sites.
What’s your “pinch me?”. Life’s too short to live somewhere when you’d rather be elsewhere.
